We are seeking passionate and dedicated Community Health Workers (CHWs) to serve as liaisons between The Caraway Foundation and the community. This role is part of a study focused on addressing food inequity under the oversight of “Healthy Living Anson“. CHWs will play a critical role in improving health outcomes by providing education, support, and resources to study participants.
*This is a time-limited contractor position and is based on grant funding renewal.
